Lockdown updates - We are currently posting orders once a week in a postbox not a post office, so we cannot post anything large, anything outside of the UK or anything that needs tracking.
Royal Mail are taking a week longer than normal to deliver so please allow at least 20working days for your cards to arrive. Due to the present circumstances we cannot refund for delayed orders so please just allow plenty of time, the cards will reach you.
We are trying our very best to source stock and get your orders out to you so please be kind and aware that we are working at home through lockdown so it is extremely stressful to manage to stay open. We have had unprecedented demand and will continue being open for as long as we can so that people self isolating can still buy cards for their loved ones.
We had been working seven days a week to keep up with demand but it Is too much to pack like that every day so we are now taking time out, when I say we there’s is just the one me packing and as you can imagine the stock office boxes are heavy hence I need time off to recover. In between I am working from my dining table adding stock, whilst my partner works from home in our home office so not ideal.

Availability of stock and stock descriptions
In order to avoid disappointment when browsing our site, we operate a live stock system. As orders are placed stock levels are adjusted accordingly. Should an item run out of stock and you would like to find out when the item will be back in stock please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that product details, descriptions and prices appearing on our website are correct. All standard prices are expressed in pounds sterling. All prices are subject to change without notice.
In the unlikely event that the live stock system fails and we cannot supply a particular item we will email you to suggest an alternative item or supply you with a refund. We may not accept your order if an item ordered is out of stock or if we notice a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, following our order acknowledgement email, we will advise you by email or telephone.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website. But we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions, colours or content on the website are always accurate or current. We reserve the right at any time to modify or withdraw the products or information included on the website.
Payment Processing & Security
All of our payments are securely processed by PayPal. As they process our payments, we will never store or request your sensitive payment details. When you are ready to purchase your items you will be forwarded to the secure PayPal site to complete your payment. Please note that you do not have to use or have a PayPal account in order to buy from us. We accept a wide variety of payment options, which are:
We take online safety very seriously and strive to ensure our website is safe to use and virus free.
User trust is very important to us and as such we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect the minimum information required in order to fulfill the order you place with us. All payment information is handled by our payment processor PayPal so we will never ask for or know your payment details. We will only ever use your telephone number to contact you if there is an issue with your order and we cannot contact you via your supplied email address. Any address details given by you are only ever used by us for delivery information. We do not store these details in a database and they are held by PayPal. We will not share your name or any other order and delivery details with a third party.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are very pleased with orders you place with us. If however you are dissatisfied with an order or it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition we will gladly arrange to replace or refund provided the following conditions are met:
a) If your product is not personalised in any way
b) The product is in its original condition with any packaging and seals intact
Please notify us within five days of receipt if you wish to return a product so we can issue you with an authorisation code and then arrange for the order to be returned to us at:

We cannot guarantee that the returned item with definitely be returned to us so we recommend getting a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail. Should a product arrive damaged please notify us within five days of receipt so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. We may ask that you return the defective product in order that we can refer to our supplier if the product is defective in manufacture.
Prices for products are in pounds sterling. The delivery charge for all UK orders under £17 is £2.10 and for all orders over £17 delivery is free.
We aim to despatch standard delivery orders received by 16.00 (Mon - Fri) on the same working day. All orders placed after this time, at the weekend or on a bank holiday other will be despatched on the next working day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd Class delivery unless otherwise stated. Please allow ten working days for delivery before contacting us if your order has not arrived. In the event of industrial disputes by carriers we will endeavour to arrange alternative delivery if possible.
If you need your order for the next day we also offer a next day delivery option for an additional fee, currently set at £10.00. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which means the item will be with you by 13:00 the next day and you will need to be in to sign for the order. All orders need to be placed before 11:00 Mon-Fri, if received after this the card may not be despatched until the next working day.

Orders lost or delayed in transit
We will notify you by email when your goods have been despatched. Should your order not arrive within the specified timescale please contact us within twenty-eight days from the date of despatch. We will not be held responsible for orders which have not arrived due to inaccurate delivery addresses supplied. Please note that all delivery information is printed directly from information supplied by you. For larger orders please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to confirm that the parcel is not awaiting collection in case a failed delivery card was not left at your address. Orders which have been returned to us because of incorrect addresses may attract an additional delivery charge. We do not accept liability for delays caused once the goods have been dispatched. Please bear in mind that if an order is placed at a busy time of year (i.e. Christmas) it is likely that Royal Mail will take longer than usual to deliver the order to you. Also bear this in mind where there are a lot of bank holidays near one another and we suggest placing an early order so that the goods will get to you with plenty of time to spare.
