Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are very pleased with orders you place with us. If however you are dissatisfied with an order, you change your mind or it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition we will gladly arrange to replace or refund provided the following conditions are met:

If your product is not personalised in any way
The product is in its original condition with any packaging and seals intact

Please notify us within five days of receipt if you wish to return a product so we can issue you with an authorisation code and then arrange for the order to be returned to us at:

We cannot guarantee that the returned item with definitely be returned to us so we recommend getting a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail. Should a product arrive damaged please notify us within five days of receipt so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. We may ask that you return the defective product in order that we can refer to our supplier if the product is defective in manufacture.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
