Q:  Do Karenza Paperie sell elsewhere?

A:  We used to sell on Amazon as a marketplace seller (for 5 years)  but after very careful consideration in 2016  we decided that selling on Amazon was sadly no longer for us.  So the only way to buy from us is on our website.  

If you prefer to not order directly from our website or you have a problem during checkout please email us the details and we can invoice you directly.  

 

Q:  How long will my order take to arrive?

A:  Once an order is placed our terms are 10 working days for delivery (for UK orders), this is to allow royal mail an extra day or two than normal in case there is a slight hiccup during transit.

If 10 working days have not passed please do not email us about a missing order as the order will be on it's way, we have emails like ths all the time and as a small business we just do not have the time to reply as we are busy packing the orders placed on that day or of course adding new stock. If 10 days have passed please then do drop us an email and we will try to send replacements or if all else fails offer a refund.

If a card is needed before this time frame please contact us by email prior to ordering as occasionally we can offer quicker delivery at an additional charge.  

Unless a large order is placed we use royal mail for all deliveries and cards are posted out in padded envelopes and/or patterned mail bags.   

We also ship internationally and once again use royal mail.

 

Q:  Where are you based?

A:  We have customers asking us this all of the time!  It is either this or can we personalise or change a card slightly!  

We run the business from our home office in a little village in Kent, England.   The majority of our cards are also from very small businesses based all over the UK so when you buy from us you are supporting a number of small UK businesses (ourselves, our artists and suppliers and of course their employees and printers).

 

Q: How do I know when new cards are available?

A: We have a new collection on our website which shows the majority of our new cards.

If you would prefer a pretty update occasionally we email out a newsletter 3-4 times a year.  We usually have exclusive discounts for our subscribers so it is a great way to save a little, especially on our newest cards.  If interested please use the newsletter sign up option at the bottom of the screen to subscribe, the button on the homepage or tick the newsletter button when placing your order.

 

Q: Can I follow Karenza Paperie on the internet?

A: Yes we love social media but struggle to find time to fit this in! We use Facebook roughly once a fortnight (please use the links at the bottom of any page).  If you need to contact us about an order please do not use this method but email us instead.

Q:  Do you offer next day delivery?

A:  We offer standard deliver for all orders but we can also provide a signed for or next day delivery for UK orders.  If you would like a price for this service please just email us at admin@karenzapaperie.co.uk.

 

Q:  Can you hand write a message in a card and post directly to the recipient?

A:  Yes.  We offer our handwritten option free of charge so please just provide us with the message and the recipients address.  If you fill in the gift message option for a card we will hand write in the card for you and send directly to the recipient.  This is perfect if time is short and to save you the additional cost of posting the card yourself.

 

Q:  Can you personalise or change the front of a card?

A:  Sorry we are afraid the answer is no.  All of the cards we sell we have purchased from hundreds of different suppliers so the card you see is the card we have available.  Very occasionally and if you are not in a rush a different colourway or a different relation or age may be available in the same style.  If you drop us an email we can try to assist but for most suppliers we order roughly 3 times a year so unless we are topping up on best sellers in between we will not have a different option for a number of months.

 

Q:  How do I return an order if I change my mind?

A:  Once an order is placed please allow 10 working days for it to arrive, if you change your mind during this time I am afraid we cannot assist until the time frame has passed and the card is with you and we will not refund at that stage.  Once the cards are with you we are sure you will be thrilled with them as we strive to sell cards of the highest quality and our returns per year are in single digits!   If you still wish to return cards as they are no longer wanted please email us so we can authorise a refund. Without this authorisation we will not refund as we need to issue you with a code and a returns address.

 

Q:  Do you have any special offers?

A:  We regularly have cards on special offers and we also have a selection of lovely cards priced at £1.99 or less.  Our shipping charge is just £1.50 per order but if you spend over £10 and your order is in the UK shipping is then free.  This is a very popular option with our regular customers as it allows you to stock up on cards and save.

Privacy Policy

User trust is very important to us and as such we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect the minimum information required in order to fulfill the order you place with us. All payment information is handled by our payment processor Paypal so we will never ask for or know your payment details. We will only ever use your telephone number to contact you if there is an issue with your order and we cannot contact you via your supplied email address. Any address details given by you are only ever used by us for delivery information. We do not store these details in a database and they are held by Paypal. We will not share your name or any other order and delivery details with a third party.

Karenza Paperie is completely committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Therefore we will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you.

Consent
Your Consent is important to us too. Therefore we will never sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal information to any third party without your consent.
 

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store (thank you!) we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail if you opt-in to receive email marketing communications from us. You can opt-out at any time.

We may record statistics about the number of visitors to this Website or number of purchases made for improvement purposes. This is to help it improve the services to our customers and ultimately provide the most appropriate products.

We may use personal information provided by you in order to fulfill necessary anti-fraud checks. This information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm identity for security purposes.
